I cant exaggerate how much I recommend this place!! As a soon to be 20 something setting up doctors appointments by myself can be hard, but this clinic made it so easy and made me feel right at home.
Gabby is the receptionist and does not provide accurate information To help patients understand their situation. She was completely rude and kept repeating “this is policy” instead of giving an actual explanation or answer to questions. There’s no way a patient can get accurate care with this type of professionalism.
I’m so grateful I found Dr. Tolbert. My experience was excellent from start to finish. It was easy to book an appointment, I got in next day. No wait! Communication was on point. The staff were very welcoming and easy to talk to. Dr. Tolbert was amazing made the visit very comfortable felt like I been her patient for years, but today was the first time we’ve met.
