I’m so grateful I found Dr. Tolbert. My experience was excellent from start to finish. It was easy to book an appointment, I got in next day. No wait! Communication was on point. I had a great experience with Dr. Tolbert at the Health 4 U Clinic. She got me in and out quickly without making the visit feel rushed, and she truly took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. As a self-pay patient, I also really appreciated how transparent the clinic was about pricing. Dr. Tolbert even went the extra mile by providing me with a referral for a self-pay eye doctor in the area. It’s hard find good care when your a black women , that’s what I thought I found here ! I was very much mistaken , the way I was treated to day , the lack of communication , it’s disheartening!!! The man at the front was rude and very combative with me about me and my ability to afford my appointment ! I will not return To sit up here and to make it seem like it was my fault for the appointment when your team and your husband lack communication and professionalism

I been going to her office for 5+ years most honest and humble provider who listens, who cares and who is always professional. I always get quality care and fast service lets shed light on an always clean office too. Appreciative for such an amazing provider like April.
