My initial visit to this clinic today with Dr. Ashleigh was truly wonderful. It was a very relaxing and calm experience, which was especially appreciated as I had been quite nervous beforehand. Dr. Ashleigh was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease.

Alisa is highly skilled. I had been suffering from lower back pain and hip flex stiffness. She stretched me out as well as incorporated relaxation massage, so I left feeling lighter, physically and mentally. Highly recommend for both remedial as well as relaxation massage.
I had an appointment with Grant who is one of the chiropractors, who l have seen on a number of occasions and he is always so very helpful detecting my back and neck problems. I can highly recommend him and the staff at Health 104 are just amazing.
