If you choose at 6pm on a Saturday THEN ANSWER YOUR PHONES until 6pm. I HATE when businesses put times they do not honor. If you are not in business from 5:55pm to 5:59pm to answer your phones (aka hearing the damn phone ring and CHOOSING not to answer) or let people in the shop then REFLECT THAT ON GOOGLE. My mother had a medical emergency and short of headache and pain could've been SAVED if this business honored their time today. Pharmacies are supposed to be reliable. Very disappointed today.
Always great customer service from the lady behind the register!!! On the other hand, the woman, I don’t know if she’s the pharmacist or an assistant, is loud, unprofessional and rude. I hope I caught her on a bad day and that she is not normally like this - complete 180 from the caliber of service received at the register.
