Very good place!! Never waiting long and staff are all welcoming and polite. My family and I are on a list to be patients here!! The doctors are amazing!!
Me and my family have been coming here for 2 years now. Horrible receptionists. Extremely rude and always look miserable when you come in. Wouldn’t give me proper information on an appointment I booked I was on the phone for 30 minutes because they couldn’t figure it out and once they did still ended up giving me the wrong info. The doctors are great but the front desk staff makes this clinic go downhill.
Worst customer service very rude receptionist. They have a sign out saying “accepting new patients” you go in to ask, the receptionist has no idea when you’ll be called from the waitlist.. says “it’s up to the doctor to decide.” If you don’t have a clue when the doctor will call patients on the waitlist why is there even a sign out? I do not recommend going here. Please find a respectful clinic because this is not it. They need to train their staff on how to speak to customers. Will NOT be going back.
