Worst customer service very rude receptionist. They have a sign out saying “accepting new patients” you go in to ask, the receptionist has no idea when you’ll be called from the waitlist.. says “it’s up to the doctor to decide.” If you don’t have a clue when the doctor will call patients on the waitlist why is there even a sign out? I do not recommend going here. Please find a respectful clinic because this is not it. They need to train their staff on how to speak to customers. Will NOT be going back.
Terrible terrible staff Yelling and being rude I would never recommend going here Go anywhere else How do these women keep their jobs is beyond me. They yell at patients, talk condescending, ignore patient privacy, yell at the pharmacy staff I would give zero stars if that was possible.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the visit stressful from the start. When you come to a health care place, you expect kindness and respect, but unfortunately that was not the case here. First impressions matter, and the way patients are treated at the front desk really sets the tone. I hope the management addresses this, because patients deserve to feel welcomed and respected.it is stressful enough to have a child sick or yourself.
⭐☆☆☆☆ No empathy for children — shameful for a medical center I am extremely disappointed and shocked by the behavior of an employee at this facility. My 7-year-old daughter had an urgent need to use the bathroom. Like any parent would, I entered the center to ask if she could use it. Instead of showing any compassion or understanding, the woman coldly refused, threatened to call the police, and even took a photo of us without our consent. Went here a few days ago. Very quick wait for a walk-in and the lady, Julie behind the pharmacy counter was very friendly and helpful as well.
