Everyone I have encountered has been excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Health West location and have recommended it to everyone I know. Dr. Augustine was my primary OBGYN, and she always made me feel heard, supported, and validated. One of the nurses whose name I, unfortunately, can’t recall was also incredible. We shared a few things in common, and she always made conversations feel easy and welcoming. She even sang me “Happy Birthday,” which was such a thoughtful touch. Worst medical office I’ve ever dealt with. Find out I have abnormal labs and my pharmacist had to tell me the diagnosis, not my doctor. And no one will call me back to go over my diagnosis or treatment plan. DO NOT. go here. No one can take accountability and you’re just another money sign for them.
From the moment I entered, the courteous receptionist set a welcoming tone, and each staff member radiated professionalism and positivity. They are so thoughtful and personable. Dr. Augustine in the most genuine doctor and makes you truly feel heard and taken care of.
