There was this elderly couple in the waiting room with my husband and I. The entire time we were there (which was a long while) they were commenting very loudly about everyone who walked in. It's like they were saying everything that popped in their brain, and they were so so rude. One person they were commenting on, they had these wildly racist things to say. When I walked in they kept talking about basically how kids these days have all these stupid hair colors, etc. No one that worked here did anything about this couple. ... read more
