Absolutely abysmal. I had an appointment here once, and the doctor was downright rude and condescending. She made me feel like I was some tweaker because I was trying to get a controlled substance refilled. (I had just moved here from out-of-state). I asked about taking an allergy test, and she was rude about that too? I don't remember her name but she had a thick accent and wore way too much perfume. Overall awful experience. A couple of years ago, I had a cracked tooth, an actual dental emergency. So I called the Health West dental line. The "person" who answered the call said they couldn't get me in, for an actual dental emergency, because they were "Booked for a year out". Call ended immediately.
They don't care what you have going on mentally, they will ban you just because they only care about who can pay what. I was in the middle of a mental breakdown and they couldn't have cared less. They called me later in the day and banned me from their clinic. It was the day after I found my mom dead.
