People at front desk are terrible, never. Answer the phone, put you on, hold for twenty to thirty minutes.Then don't answer the phone and put you back on hold..🤦♀️
Very unorganized. The front desk lady is extremely rude and doesn’t communicate politely and truthfully. First she turned me away and said to come back Monday but then said to wait and that I’ll be next one to be seen but I wasn’t seen even after hours waiting and everyone else going in front of me. She needs some customer service training but I will not be returning to this place.
Doctor Aderinto, Faye and their team is one of the best! Dr. Aderinto and her team are caring loving people who listens!.. Cut out the foolishness!. Just have respect for the ones who are saving Our/your lives!.. Mrs. Anderinto and her medical family is waiting to help.
I never met Dr like her she is always humble and knows whatever you complaining about I love her. Appreciated
My last appointment, she spent the whole visit with her back turned away from me. Recently I have been trying to call for an appointment and cannot get my call answered or my messages returned. I completely understand that it's a very busy office but still they should be professional at their jobs. Maybe they are so busy they don't mind losing a few people. js
