“1 star. One of the most upsetting experiences I’ve had at a medical clinic. I felt disrespected and unwelcome from the start. The owner/staff member I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a way that made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I felt I was treated differently in a way that came across as discriminatory. Horrible experience from what I've heard. My fiancée visited multiple times for documentation and vaccinations purposes, the staff were very rushed and treated it very lightly with little to no respect for getting it done well. She received incorrect document details and many mistakes were present.
