Horrible experience from what I've heard. My fiancée visited multiple times for documentation and vaccinations purposes, the staff were very rushed and treated it very lightly with little to no respect for getting it done well. She received incorrect document details and many mistakes were present.
Horrible the staff are very unprofessional and speak to you rude they also tell you your next cause u have appointment and they just lie straight to you face . Very unorganized and if you speak your mind about it they get very mad at you and won’t speak up to you after . Worst experience ever

Several times I come here and I see that the girl at the reception, whose name is Marwa, is deliberately delaying me and treating me with racism. I told Dr. Rashida about this and she promised me to solve the matter, but I did not see any solution to the problem. Now I have to go with another doctor.
People at front desk are terrible, never. Answer the phone, put you on, hold for twenty to thirty minutes.Then don't answer the phone and put you back on hold..🤦♀️
