Not a very good first impression with this place. I scheduled my appointment a few months ago, and this was the first I could get in. It took an incredible amount of courage to get this appointment made because I had been going back-and-forth in my head for so many months. I had a great experience with the staff at Health and Wellness Connection — everyone was very friendly. I came here in August 2024 for weight loss injections after my insurance stopped covering Wegovy, which had helped me lose 40 pounds. I started compounded semaglutide from Health and Wellness Connection in September but unfortunately gained 14 pounds by January 2025 and had bad side effects. Erica and her team are so kind and compassionate! I was very impressed with the wealth of knowledge and customized treatment options. I have unique health challenges which made the ozone treatment difficult with my veins however they were so patient, made it work, and ended up being a good experience for me. I truly believe Erica her team can help anyone achieve optimal health and treat any ongoing issues by getting to the root cause. Worth every penny and affordable compared to some similar practices.
