I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Jill Richmond. While I found Dr. Richmond herself to be good, the overall experience at her office left a lot to be desired. Two of the nurses, in particular, were extremely unprofessional and, frankly, inappropriate with some of their comments. Their behavior created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Very nice people there every one of the staff is very good at what they do
Dr. Richmond has a very pleasant bedside manner. She was very thorough. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a doctor.
