This company is owned by rotech. They have harassed me over money since I have been put on prn oxygen. I get a bill either by mail or text once or twice a week for a bill I have already paid. I requested for them to pick up my equipment on the 30th of January. A week later, Healthway called to tell me it would be a couple of weeks before they could pick up the oxygen because they didn't have a driver for the delivery truck. Service has gone downhill quickly! I've had issues with my mask and headgear so I asked for advice on something else I could use since I'm a new (not anymore) cpap user. I was told to go back to the Dr for help. Dr office said that Healthway had a prescription for me and could do whatever they felt was right for me and Dr would sign off on it.
