Good luck with the rude receptionist (you know who you are) and get use to attitude and that's only if they don't hang up on you.
Dr Kris has always found time to slot my sick small children in at Cottesloe, even when he was at capacity. His demeanour with my little ones is so wonderful, we are very grateful for his care.
Dr Yen Huey Lim was fantastic and made me feel comfortable talking about personal issues ☺️ The reception team have always been really helpful towards me. I have so much respect for receptionist for juggling so many high priority tasks in a busy health clinic so I want to send my thanks and appreciation here ☺️
I have always had great service at Health Watch Clinic in Cottesloe, with their service being over the top and always happy to help. Ever since they went private and have moved away from bulk billing they have changed. I had an appointment via Telehealth which was booked in with Dr Kris at 1:45pm. I called 45 mins post my appointment time at 2:30pm to be told he was running late and would call soon. Another 45 mins passes and I call again at 3:15pm, I am told that he chose to take walk in patients over seeing me at my schedu... read more
Dr Kris was absolutely fabulous with my baby and family. Always made time to see my son even when he was busy. We have now moved house so can no longer attend this clinic but would highly recommend Dr Kris!
