UPDATE - 12 Feb 2026 11:31 - a year later: 2nd inquiry: receptionist would not accommodate speaking with a doctor before making an appointment. Notice that response from clinic is adversarial to patient. I was anything but rude or disrespectful... but just making a reasonable and intelligent inquiry for which I received nothing but a requirement to make a BLIND APPOINTMENT. ...... I felt heard for the first time in 5 years since being diagnosed with Long COVID! I left my first appointment today with an actual gameplan. Annette is a great listener and extremely knowledgeable. For the first time, I feel like have an advocate and a partner in my health journey. If you currently don't feel this way about your healthcare professional, then you need to come here!

I love Dr Johnston, but her office manager Sarah isn’t helping her practice. I was diagnosed with Type B influenza by a Instacare facility 12 hours before a scheduled appointment with Annette at Health & Vitality. I tried calling that night, texting asap and called well before my appointment time to let them know I couldn’t make it.
