Very excited to start my journey with Marcos. Very happy with his attitude and his ability to actually listen and not just want to prescribe meds and send me on my way.
The office staff was extremely rude, argumentative and lied. When I initially booked my appointment for the initial consultation. The office fee was $75. (No insurance info entered) When I needed to reschedule and found out my insurance wasn't taken at this clinic they raised their fee to $199. I called in to talk with them about why this fee was raised since when I initially set up the appointment no insurance info was entered.
