The highlights for me at Health Utah was pretty much everything, I got to meet with a great Dr. and have a coach once a week to hold me accountable. I got to sit in a massage chair while doing hypnosis, I also did the vibe machine, with oxygen and neuro care. I always feel so much better after my visits! I would definitely recommend this to anyone! I lost a total of 25.8 pounds and my combine inches lost was 24 3/4.
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and committed to making sure you are successful in your goals. I feel better than I’ve felt in years!
I just finished my 12 week program. I lost over 40 pounds and over 22 inches. I feel better than I have in years. My daily headaches don't happen any more. I woke up every morning hurting in most every joint. Not any more. I am so much more confident. I feel like I am a new woman. I have learned that food is my friend and fuel, not my comfort.
