Dr Jassam has been my family doctor for years and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Very knowledgable in medicine and takes the time to listen. His receptionist is Deborah, and she does what it takes to get you in as fast as possible, even phoning you if there is a cancellation. Very Efficient in her job.

Incredible service. pleasure to deal with the personel at the desk. I always got my messages attended. Pleasant to deal with. Dr. Nicholson took great care of me. She helped me to go through my health issues and make me better by the end. I am happy about the care and the treatment I got there. Thank you so much .
They are the most rude admin staff to deal with. They make you feel like a burden to speak with and do not speak with politeness or professionalism at all. My family doctor even left their clinic and resigned with zero notice. (I dont blame her) That said, they did not show any compassion for all of us losing our family doctor (all while i was pregnant). Just a terrible healthcare experience, would have rathered not having a family doctor at all and going into a walk in clinic.
