They were very accommodating and helpful when I received my CPAP. They showed me how to setup the machine and how to maintain it well for functionality.

I went with a problem with my CPAP machine which I use for sleep apnea. My visit was pleasant and productive. I originally set up my machine with a virtual visit but going in person was much more helpful. The provider explained things that the virtual provider just couldn't help me with over the phone. They have handicapped accessible parking and restrooms. I was a little early and they took me right in and actually finished early.
