This online service is great for completing the drug testing requirements of the coast guard for renewing MMC form 719P requiring a MRO signature. Simple and convenient, got my results quite fast. Will definitely recommend!
The turnaround time provided on the website for tests if false. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a test that said 3-5 days. The employees are rude if you call in to discuss an update. Terrible service and highly unreliable. If getting your results is important to you go somewhere else.
I received top notch service and care from a Louis Cianciotto who was above and beyond making sure I was taken care of
The absolute worst. Made an appointment at a location an hour from us that doesn’t even do testing , charged $400. After 45 mins on hold sends us to a completely different state to do the test. Then, when I called to file a complaint, the “higher rep” tells me “I don’t know what you want me to do, $400 isnt even that bad”. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY
