UPDATE: apparently the specimen was lost. What a joke. Trying to get my money back from this awful company. I will be sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. 7 days later I’m still waiting for results on a drug screening. They boast about fast results but it’s anything but. My specimen is still listed as processing with no updates. I’ve never had a urine drug screening take this long. They’re holding up my acceptance to school program at this point. Avoid if you can.
I received top notch service and care from a Louis Cianciotto who was above and beyond making sure I was taken care of
The absolute worst. Made an appointment at a location an hour from us that doesn’t even do testing , charged $400. After 45 mins on hold sends us to a completely different state to do the test. Then, when I called to file a complaint, the “higher rep” tells me “I don’t know what you want me to do, $400 isnt even that bad”. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY
Rude employees! They lack morals and respect for paying customers. Lazy and insufficient in their work. Save yourself the time and trouble and use a different company.
