the “care” my lovely grandmother gets here is despicable. call lights are functionally ignored, and any criticism is met with excuses.
My husband was here for two weeks. I was not impressed. The food he got was spar. The care he received was not up to my standards. His sheets were not changed. And when the people are having bathroom problems, they need to be changed every day. Clothes, socks, sheets. And that is not something that happened. I did it. This place seems to care more for profit, than the well being of their Residents and Staff. I only experienced this after working there for 18 years. thank god, I am retired. Don't be a NAC! No respect, and lots of body, and back pain. Horrible retirement.
