Dear Manager, I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had during a recent visit to your establishment. Today, upon my arrival, I was greeted by a female receptionist at the front desk. I regret to inform you that her demeanor and attitude were exceptionally poor, displaying impatience and rudeness throughout our interaction. This place seems to care more for profit, than the well being of their Residents and Staff. I only experienced this after working there for 18 years. thank god, I am retired. Don't be a NAC! No respect, and lots of body, and back pain. Horrible retirement.
Cannot say enough about all the staff that care for Mama and my daily visiting father. The tremendous care and hearts they have for their residents is astounding and such a blessing. When mom got taken to the hospital, they visit, bring dad breakfast and coffee and hugs and signed caring notes from them all. Means so much. They are family now and deserve so much. Thank you Martha and Mary staff.
Worked here years ago and understand nothing much has changed. If you love your elderly family members .. do NOT put them in nursing homes. Majority are nothing more then geriatric warehouses and patients are neglected and abused daily.
