good visit
I’ve seen some improvements but more are desired. Recently the food choices for the residents have greatly improved and the residents appear to be happier. Routine events are always on point so I commend MaryLou and whoever else taking part in the activities. The frequent turnover of CNAs and poor training still require improvement. Attention to detail has always and continues to be a problem. However, overall I give a 4 rating for the recent improvements made.
