Staff is unprofessional and they do everything besides helping their patients. Always distracted by ordering food and watching t.v, highly unprofessional. You will also wait an hour beyond your appointment and they also prioritize people they know in the clinic vs. people they don’t. When you go inside, you meet with the provider for 2 mins and you are out after waiting for over an hour beyond your appointment. Also, providers are usually overwhelmed by the number of patients and they usually don’t listen.
Dr Miceli so unprofessional. I waiting for over an hour to see the doctor. She was rude, nasty and she was yelling at me that she is 1 hour behind. I saw dr Moon last time totally different story. I will never go back to that place unless to see dr Moon

The receptionist we talk with was so nice with us. The doctor literally insult us in front of their staff and other patients. Our insurance got delay for unknown reasons, my wife is pregnant and we didn't want to wait so we make an appointment and pay for it. The doc literally went to the front desk and said "i think they are broke" she didn't know i was there. I got shock when i notice she was talking about us.
