I felt fatigued, sore and stiff before I went in! I left feeling like I traveled to a different continent, relaxed, no aches and a smile on my face!
This place has been a fantastic one helping me recover from my sprained ankle. I have hyper mobility so recovery can be tricky, but they helped a ton. The heated pool has been great in helping me build back my strength and get to where I can move without pain again.
