Anais has been my trainer for almost 2 years now and I could recommend her more highly! As someone who anxious about going to the gym and had zero idea what they were doing, to now feeling empowered and excited to come is something I couldn’t be more grateful for! She is very encouraging, supportive, motivating, suits your workout to where you are at and knows how to push you to be your best self in the kindest way!
If I could give them a zero I would. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a gym. Atrocious customer service, disorganised staff, and a trainer I booked time with twice who had no time at all for me, despite supposedly having allocated time with him. My first two visits were so horrendous I was left not wanting to return to the gym at all. Unbelievably poor service regarding the constant fines given in your members carpark. I received a fine the other day for driving in the wrong way. When I rang the gym they told me to email someone who was completely unresponsive.
