I left there years ago. I worked in the medical field my whole career and never met a PA like the one they had years ago. Completely incompetent and rude.
This place is so slow and then are appointment was at 340 and then they wanted to push us out so they could all go home but was taking 45min for each patient this place is ridiculous
Every single time I call during their "business hours" I get a message that they are closed, and their hours are 745-5pm. Are you that short staffed that no one can answer a phone call??? How am I supposed to get my children in for their well checks if no one is there to answer a call or they are always closed. The first time it was a Monday, I called ever hour for 4 hours and got nothing. This is ridiculous and makes me feel like Promedica is just simply in it for the money. Has turned my sick daughter away from being seen 3 days in a row due to lack of providers. Don’t advertise walk-in if you can not operate it.
