So, I began seeing Michelle Streu at this practice because the highly recommended provider was no longer working here (Promedica seems to lose all of the valuable practitioners). I saw her for complex symptoms, and history of odd MRIs and paresthesia, among other issues. She strongly recommended something for anxiety. Great. My father went here last Friday with what believed was a possible UTI. His PCP was unavailable - was not a walk in clinic anymore was told needed an appointment. After getting in room PA looked at him and said I think you have more going on and said should go to ED. Dr Barkway has been his Dr for 10 years all of my dad's hx was available for her to see - poor excuse for a health care professional to just suggest ED on a Friday evening where nothing would be resolved over the weekend . They messed my paperwork up twice and the last time cost me heavily financially. Only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because Kun li is great and so is his staff but these mistakes are unacceptable
