My sons doctor, Madeline, is amazing. The front office (scheduling/billing) is terrible.
They do not allow for patients exercising religious or personal exemptions for vaccines. Would give them 0/5 stars if I could.
I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this facility. Expect to wait up to three months to see your doctor. If you choose to use the walk in clinic make sure to make an appointment since they no longer do walk in without appointment. Doctors are often rude or unhelpful and the ones that are helpful good luck seeing them.
PLEASE teach your staff the difference between a BMI and body fat percentage. Also… I was told that a DEXA DOESNT have anything to do with weight. Yes, it is used for other things but it is also used to determine bone density (which is also part of weight), and your muscle / fat ratio. You can be “obese” or “overweight” on a BMI chart but have 19-20% body fat. Muscle weighs more than fat. You can be in the average range of a BMI but your body fat can still be high.
