Have had therapy over the years on knees, hip, neck. Always feel much better. And I love going to the gym!
I had not been to a gym in years. When I heard about the opportunity right here in Portland, I signed up for their very reasonably priced trial package. The staff was very helpful in giving me a tour and instructions on each machine. Highly recommend!
