I highly recommend Susan. She is extremely knowledgeable and ready with a solution to whatever problem. She is friendly and her competence inspires confidence, both in her and yourself. I first met Susan almost 5 years ago when was experiencing a lot of pain while breastfeeding my 2 month old son. Susan is great! I've been going to her for several months now for help with nursing and I also got my pump rental from her. Everything with appointments and my rental has been a breeze, and she's so responsive with questions or issues. I might have quit breastfeeding if not for her. She was so reassuring and optimistic at a time when it seemed there were too many obstacles to overcome! We went to Susan as a lactation consultant after both of my children were born. She is kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable! On both occasions when I felt lost and defeated with breastfeeding, she warmly welcomed us and was patient, despite that I was in pain from breastfeeding. I highly recommend her to all women in the local Hampton Roads area! She is so supportive for not just new and veteran mothers, but also to the partners as well!

If it wasn’t for Susan I would’ve stopped breastfeeding and I wouldn’t have enough able to say that i am 9 months strong in my breastfeeding journey
