Dismissive, Predatory Behavior. Does not maintain professional boundaries. The physical therapist wore loose, plastic, food gloves which hampered his grip, felt unpleasant, and provided no relief. In fact, in the following days, my neck injury felt worse. Even more disturbingly, without warning, he grabbed the straps of my tank-top and bra and pulled them down off my shoulder, then started shoving a towel down the front of my top. I’m a long time client. I tried other PT facilities but I always comeback to Health Sos. I’m very happy they open another location closer to my job. Staff are very professional and experienced. Richard, Che Chen, Ashley and JC are a great team.
The entire staff is so kind and hard working. The PTs are excellent and very attentive. I love the space and how clean it is. Very happy with my experience at this location. (W. 110th St.)
I went here in the summer. I called four times last week in 3 days. No one picked up. No one returned my call. Maybe it's permanently closed.
