It's great that we have excellent mental healthcare services in Trinidad. The providers and support staff are professional and caring. Highly recommended.
I've been canceled two or three times since the last time I've seen my doctor now I'm out of medication I've already done my blood work been waiting days for even a call back for at least a little bit of medication to last me to the next time I see my doctor but I'm on the waiting list so I'm not even scheduled yet and now the weekend's coming so what am I supposed to go to the hospital and get one day one night worth of medication so they can tell me not to come back to the emergency room
So mostly they are decent in working with you for your mental that is until you have to schedule. Before my last appointment, I spent literally weeks trying to schedule a appointment early before my usual 3 month check in cause I needed to talk about getting back on a medication. Finally had it scheduled on the day after the date on my just in time card, spent those weeks frustrated with the schedulers, I call, they don't pick up, leave a voicemail receive their voicemail, call them and still no answer!
