I am giving a 2 star because I do like the staff and they are friendly BUT the thing I don’t like is that my son is involved with therapy for trauma and in a year he has had 3 different therapists and one was a case manager not a therapist because staff either quits or goes to another position. I think that therapists need to understand what their roles are and that it takes some of these kids a while to trust someone to even begin speaking. My son saw his psychiatrist on May 1. On May 17, I received a letter stating, "We have not heard from you in an extended period of time. Unfortunately, we must discharge you as a patient." Huh? I'm utterly baffled, & nobody will speak to me at Health Solutions because my son is no longer a patient. Is this a joke? The last thing my son's psychiatrist said was,"See you in 6 months." 3 weeks later, my son gets dropped with zero explanation.
