Friendly staff and very helpful.
whole time you are there they tell you how much they want to help but when you start listing off your difficulties they take it personally and get aggressive. it is mental health stuff as well as medical so why do they not have neurological? psychiatry is simply not required without physical proof when counselling therapy and safe housing are also provided.. which for some reason Selena (not nice like Seleena) thinks that if you don't know why you need counselling therapy then you don't need counselling therapy. .. what stup... read more
Fails to obey court orders then doubles treatment time against court orders on a 11 year old case that's been closed and finished. Lies to state agencies and then refuses to release medical records and have the issue dealt with even with court orders in hand showing they're wrong. Will be pursuing with court and lawyer. Absolute nightmare definitely would not recommend sending anyone their.
The staff was great, friendly, and professional.
