Absolutely the worst facility I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. There is no consistency. Nobody knows what the other person is doing and their employees nurse And doctors last about three monthsIf you’re lucky. This is a franchise you can buy it own this franchise. They have 12 lawsuits so far against them. I switched from Kaiser unfortunately to anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield with very few choices . They really care about their people! Thank you so much for helping me out in a bad situation. Those papers that you provided to work on social situations are helpful and will be helpful in the future. It is nice to know that there is somebody out there for people who are trying.
These guys first of all don't understand consent. You can tell them don't call me and they will anyway. 2nd, these people do not care about veterans or their families. They don't accept Tricare. How are you gonna be in Pueblo, City of Heroes, and do that? Avoid this place at all costs, let these 'professionals' see what it's like to also not have.
