As a healthcare provider, I have never seen such neglectful, ignorant, untrained, unqualified, or imbecilic care and coordination from an office in my life. A patient of this office died recently (May 2025) at 37 years old, and his widow has been attempting to get a clear picture of his medical records since June 2025, and it has taken more than an Olympic level of strength to get that to happen. This company really needs to review their policies. I just started a new job and only have the weekends off I work until 5:00 p.m. everyday and I cannot get help from this company because you guys do new patient forms until 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, this is unfair and with someone struggling with mental health and trying to reach out this is a huge setback in my development, I hope that I'm able to receive care soon because your company did not care, or were willing to accommodate a person having a mental health crisi... read more
Intake takes way too long, this is something that should be able to be done at home. And the receptionist was not helpful and seemed to get an attitude as soon as I asked her how much longer the it would take because I have to pick up my son from school. Took over 3 hours and they should have their receptionists go through some kind of training to be more empathetic or personable. I will not recommend this place to any friends or family.
DO NOT COME HERE. My sister got out of a domestic violence relationship and asked not to see a male therapist and was given a male therapist. She has now sworn off therapy forever. It was called the family center I think. Whoever was in charge of that should be fired. My sister originally had a female therapist who she loved but she left suddenly and unexpectedly.
