lovely range of products, usually really lovely staff and great prices but product quality is a big issue. i came into today with a faulty product, that came dried up, to return it since i had only purchased it a few days ago, i spoke to the manager and i was super cooperative, friendly, and patient with her but she spoke down to me the entire time, and quite frankly i felt like a scammer or a thief simply acting as a typical customer trying to make a by consumer law, return. i was even happy with store credit. manager with ... read more

I noticed the blonde lady watching me like a hawk as I perused different products, making it obvious she thought I was a thief. She chased me down to inspect my bag. Definitely won’t be coming back here ever. I often buy quite a lot from this store but I won’t be ever again. Most products are a lot cheaper online anyway.

Won't be back!!. Went in to buy a product, older blonde woman was chatting with a customer and the dark haired lady was on the phone. Both aware that I was waiting for service. After approximately 15 frustrating minutes I still hadn't been served so decided to leave the shop, only then did the rude blonde lady ask if I needed assistance. I declined. She then demanded to look in my shopping bag, to ensure that I hadn't stolen anything. I must have looked more like a shoplifter to them than a genuine buyer. Their loss!! who wo... read more
