Great Health shop, Deborah is very knowledgeable and helpful. I go to this store regularly and am not worried if they search my bag as I have nothing to worry about. They do have a lot of theft so thats why they bag check as do KMart, Big W etc.

Avoid this place the prices are so expensive compared to other health stores, they made us feel targeted and like criminals watching us like hawks and only asking to check our bag and no one else’s in the store.

Normally the staff here are lovely, but I was shocked by how rudely I was spoken to today. I left and purchased the product online instead. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t return.

Found that the price of most items were much more expensive than I could purchase elsewhere... YES, they are PRICEY!!! Everytime I visit the store, they want to check my bag ??? NEVER, have I been asked this in a retail outlet. We not at Airport Security!!! If you PARANOID about theft, then invest in some security cameras, as it's not conjusive to good customer relations. Staff, very unfriendly not very knowledgeable about products.🤔 So, NO , I won't be visiting this store again and most certainly WOULD'T recommended it .
