Been trying to receive my billing and records for months . Went up there in person and was given the run around and denied a copy of my records. Blame was put my attorney instead of accepting responsibility for failing to send in my records in a timely manner. Accident happened in August , treatment stopped in October . We are in February. Greetings, I have had 3 sessions with Dr. Edwards, and my posture has improved, and I am in less pain. The information I received during my consultation, ex-rays and it's review along with the adjustments have been thorough. The environment is pleasant, and the customer service is professional. Came in feeling really bad on my back and neck for years. After a few visit with Dr. edwards. I can honestly say I have been better than I have in a while. The staff is great and polite and assist in any way they can and can't say enough about Dr. Edwards he's great. He works with u and tells u what he sees and focuses on helping you to get better and does it with a smile.
I didn't know what to expect during my first visit, but the entire staff made me feel welcomed. Dr. Kenya is wonderful. He explains his process of making you feel brand new. The music is a nice touch.
