Highly recommend the Health Shack. I've been going there for the infrared sauna now for some time and always look forward to my visit: the staff are warm and friendly, the services reasonably priced, and all and all a good place to go.

The Health Shack is a safe caring environment where it doesn’t matter what your ability or disability is, the staff work with you to plan routines and regimes to improve your function and health! I feel like I’ve been saved by this wonderful little rehab gym 5*
