The nurse unexpectedly discontinued services, citing the need for intensive therapy that could only be provided in a hospital setting. 0 relief for families, they buy items uselessly for your home with the insurance. The aides are nice but the case managers and nurses are terrible. You will have to care for your loved one even more than before them and they will add a ton of stress and mental anxiety to you and your family. They will continue to tell you nothing is covered by thr insurance which is their scam and want you to pay out of pocket or get medicaid so medicaid can place leins on all property. Stay away find something else.

I worked there for 2 years straight. I never had a day off where they say we're supposed to have every other weekend off. I covered for multiple people. There was one time I asked for a day off and that was because my grandmother who I hardly ever got to see was up here They said I could have the day off and then turned around the next day and said that they could not find coverage for me. After being discharged without notice to me or my doctor who ordered home visit and also was not notified, and when left and message and received a call back they did not want to hear my side of the story they just stated after I’ve had them coming to my home for four years from a stage 4 pressure ulcer on my coccyx they discharged me So this is my side.
