So today July 28th we took my granddaughter to her Dr's appt at the loop 288 office never had no issues until today she only goes once a yr for her yrly checkup she always sees someone diff everytime she goes onetime a yr. So today it was a Veronica was not impressed with her at all she tells my 14 yr old granddaughter she was overweight she is not but you don't tell a patient that especially a 14 yr old .she ? About her nose and ears being pierced none her business .she was so unprofessional .not happy at all
