It was great becoming new patients.. after May mi the later.. No, the office staff does not follow up like they say and it’s extremely difficult to make an appointment.. for follow ups - it is about 8to 12 weeks to follow up on any labs (blood work) or other tests that were ordered like an ultrasound that’s an example. I have talked to the office manager about issues with the front office issues and no apologies at all of the lack of urgency with getting any proper resolution just along wait list for any health care service.... read more
I completely refused that there was anything wrong either me except I was very hyper, and, had a tendency to interrupt. I first met with Jason Kudas, he prescribed a little orange pill that slowed be down, to everyone else’s level. It gave be a calmness and patience to hear others talk and finish their thoughts. An ABSOLUTE BREAKTHROUGH!!!!! But, I had a few fences to mend…sister issues. I’m doing that with Briana. She’s amazing!!! Easy to talk to. Don’t walk -but RUN! We all need help of some kind. I’ve been taking my mom to HSA recently and have been happy with the patient care provided. The front staff are friendly and very nice, the MAs are wonderful and as well. We appreciate their PA, she explains everything while making sure patients understand what she is explaining. Overall has been a good experience.
Nothing to complain about. Special shout out to Monica. She makes it a fun experience and you can sense the empathy in every communication.
Love my PA ! She’s amazing literally listens to all my concerns with no type of judgement. She quick to offer ways to get you answers as far as your worries & concerns ! The wait is usually quick all the staff here are sweet ! Love them :)
