Having finally went to Health scope after being so frustrated from trying many many diets and failing. I needed something that worked for my body needs. I started with Laura a month ago. I was frustrated as in three years, I only lost 32 pounds no matter what I did. I also had eczema all over my hands and feet. So after beginning Laura's diet, and after she reviewed my blood tests, I am down 16.2 lbs and my eczema is nearly all gone. Laura eliminated certain foods and milk was definitely the culprit. I started this program a month ago and without Laura’s help I would not have lasted this long. I have lost about 10 lbs already and I feel great. Still have a ways to go.
