In just 7 weeks I have lost 20 lbs, with mostly just diet! Working out 3-5 days a week but lighter that previous programs! I love what i am eating & do not feel snacky in between! I have never slept well but am now getting 6-7 hours! I have unlimited energy & am off acid reflux meds! This is completely sustainable & easy to prep & Im not wasting a ton of food going bad as I buy fresh & less things are in the fridge.

I started with Laura a month ago. I was frustrated as in three years, I only lost 32 pounds no matter what I did. I also had eczema all over my hands and feet. So after beginning Laura's diet, and after she reviewed my blood tests, I am down 16.2 lbs and my eczema is nearly all gone. Laura eliminated certain foods and milk was definitely the culprit.
