I would like to thank Kayla for her kindness and patience I went for a breathing test and one of the procedures I couldn’t do because I had a Panic attack, Kayla understood and did not Force me to do one that procedures. Kayla was kind and understanding. She did nit talk down to me nor did she make me feel like a big baby. I just want to thank Kayla for her kindness and patience with me. Kayla works on the third floor Thank you again Kayla.

I needed to write a review to thank the Sudbury hospital and particularly the Surge team in the Sudbury ER for the wonderful care I received following an injury. As an out of towner, I have had no experience with this hospital and wasn’t sure what to expect. Excellent care was provided from the triage staff, the x-Ray team, 2 wonderful ER nurses (sorry didn’t catch their names) to the ER doc Dr.Primeau. I would like to thank the 2 paramedics if I remember right it was Perry and Thomas, sorry if I got it wrong. They came to my house and took care of me so great, got me breating again and took me to the hospital. There I was brought in right away and Charlotte my nurse took over and did such a fantastic job continuing from what the paramedic were doing, The doctor was there and did his checks and ordered a chest away and drew blood. My girlfriend came in ambulance after an awful seizure. We were told they will be giving out no pain meds, she had hit her head bad. We got blood work done for some reason right away, then said around waiting to die for 6.25 hours. Doctor said yep she had a seizure, that was it. What a waste of time. Do not come here unless you are bleeding to death.
