Came in at 130pm and I got seen at 2 am. That is ridiculous. They also misdiagnosed me. They told me I was too stressed but, that didn’t make sense to me because there was something wrong with my blood work, and it turns out I had an infection. Because of their misdiagnosis, I kept getting sicker and I didn’t know why.
Developed bells palsy. Came here for help, they didn't even show me how to care for my eye properly. .. I was prescribed eye drops and told to tape my eye shut before sleeping and I was never shown how and spent days improperly taping my eye shut using videos online while I'm finding out now that I should have had an eye doctor or a nurse show me how to do it properly because I may cause more damage to my eye than necessary. This was NEVER referred for me causing a large gap in care (weeks) before seeing my family doctor. --... read more
