Very rude ER triage staff
A doctor in espanola booked my dad for a 9am Cat scan today. We came in from out of town and have just been sitting for results. Going on 3hrs waiting. This is ridiculous. If our health care needs so much funding why isn’t there more advocating. Wasting time just to sit and wait for results that can be called in. The nurses don’t offer any help or basically just tuned out. This hospital is so poorly organized and run. Can see that my taxes aren’t going back into health care.
Terrible experience, 10 hour wait and the doctors and nurses lack empathy. The registration area was also terribly rude. We only have one hospital in Sudbury. Please improve the people of this city deserve better.
