Last time this horrible wait became an issue, it seemed to quicken for a moment, then it slowed down a lot again. The staff were chatting or playing cell phone games. Can't they understand the horrible time people are waiting in pain? When you call the patient's name on the list, if there is no one there, shouldn't you call the next patient? However, even after quite some time, they do not call the next patient's name and just walk around and talk. Please change that behavior. People are waiting to be seen in the emergency room for 12 hours.

We appreciated going into emergency with our mom. Security was good and thorough so we felt safe. Her care by the nurses and. Health care aides was excellent. And the observation area was large and clean and each room big enough for two of us to be there with her. Thank you for the care as we know you are often very busy. She liked much of the food and when she didn’t they found her something else. Even made her tea when we asked 🙏🏼🙏🏼🌸🌺

The staff were so pleasant, even the security staff helpful my attending Doctor and nurses were excellent.Thank you to all those that attended to me.God Bless you.
