The man taking information about my injuries stops halfway through to have a 5 minute chit-chat with a nurse. I am sent out into the waiting room. 5 hours later, my name is called. So I'm supposed to know that at 4am when arriving at the hospital?? It's time for new management with a basic understanding of patient needs beyond medical. Am I being petty here? Do they believe word of mouth is sufficient??
