I Bring My 6yr Daughter For Heavy’ Stomach Pain we Wait almost 5h. Nurse on Duty she so Rude and even don’t check atlest One time we Arrive 1am Jan9/2026. No one check us in Waiting Room

I brought my daughter to this children’s hospital because she had a very high fever and also had a fever seizure. The doctors told me that fever seizures are normal. After that first visit, my daughter continued to have a high fever. She was not eating or drinking at all. I brought her back every day for 4 days, but no tests were done and no treatment was given. If I could give no stars l would. Today was my first ER trip with my child and hopefully last time. The worst part of this experience was the staff!! Not the wait time, not the cleanliness, the staff!! Some front end staff are incredibly rude and incentivize. I understand staffing is short, doctors are little but to come into where a patient and their child is to confront the parent because the parent was asking where the pain medication was for said child after waiting 30 minutes after asking the first time.
