Absolutely disgusting experience at the children's emergency! My daughter and I showed up after she smashed her head badly — bleeding everywhere, concussion obvious! And what do these so-called “doctors” do? They marinated us for a ridiculous 6 freaking hours! No line, no excuse. Just wasting our time! Then they slap on a stupid bandage and some useless gel and send us off to another doctor — who we had to wait for another 7 hours! SEVEN HOURS! The stars are for the intake nurses who were super kind and very thoughtful towards my son who was crying a lot during vital check. I know emergency rooms can be lengthy and wasn’t to concerned about it as my child is sick. Was there last week for vomiting and diarrhea and got part of it solved. My son is still having bad diarrhea and had a fever and wasn’t sleeping at home which was becoming stressful. Got there and the girls upfront were lovely. Amazing friendly staff. Quick and prompt care. From triage to x-rays to seeing the dr to casting everyone was awesome and we were in and out in under 3 hours! Triage staff was incredible! Keep up the amazing work!

Honestly avoid this place as much as possible it's ridiculous what a joke of a health care system we have insane wait times to even for children's emergency
