Drove an hour to St.John’s to bring my uncle in at 1:30 pm march 7th and waited 15 hours without seeing a doctor, left at 4:30 am because of how long we had to wait. The Triage/emergency waiting room was packed for 12 hours and they ended up taking a roll call because of how many people had left due to the crazy wait time! Very disappointing.
I see people running the HSC down. Staff is amazing, building is not brand new but certainly not dirty. If you aren't happy with our health services, try living in the US for a while. That would probably change your tune and you might have some respect and gratitude for the amazing care we receive here in NL and Canada.
