Very sweet and nice staff, very welcoming, very detailed and very clean office. I had been very anxious and nervous on the enclosed MRI scanner, but all the nurses and staff made me feel extra comfortable and even said I did very good after telling them I’m super scared. Thank you to everyone at Coachella Valley Imaging for everything and for helping me conquer a fear. You guys are awesome 👏🏽 😁
Everyone here very polite, professional & nice! From front desk pleasant two young women to tech doing the test. Unfortunately unable to complete contrast as dr ordered as tech tried 3 different veins to add contrast solution and all veins were bad (they ran away, he said) & he could not complete the task required. . Only people ever able to access my veins asap are all the techs at the blood lab at Desert Oasis, Palm Springs, where techs have no problems accessing at all . i do not blame the tech, who tried his best.
The receptionists Patricia and Giselle were rude from the beginning. I came in 2 minutes past my appointment time, they argued my appt was at 3:10 not 3:15, yet I had the paper with the appt time written on there. Then they started to gossip about me in Spanish, which I replied to them in Spanish as well. Giselle then said, they were accommodating my stat MRI and had to get manager approval and could see me at 5:00 pm , but she was already upset and was yelling at me while she was saying this and she and Patricia both had a ... read more
