I've been seeing Lise for both my massage and chiropractic needs for a few years now, and she is fantastic. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she's incredibly kind and easy to talk to. She takes time to assess injuries and find the best treatments, and provides next steps between appointments. I've been so grateful to have found such a reliable and helpful practitioner in my neighbourhood!

Do NOT expect an adjustment. Would have appreciated knowing that there would be no adjustment BEFORE making the appointment.

Lise is awesome! I've had trouble finding a clinician who can support my athletic needs as a former international-level athlete. Many clinicians in the area use outdated and non-integrated care models; or, they use an overly cookie-cutter approach. Lise helps me with my unique needs, and we do so using a variety of methods. I've been seeing Lise for about a year now for Chiropractic care, in conjunction with my trainer at the gym. She is so knowledgeable in many aspects of fitness/the body and works with my trainer to keep him updated on issues, what I can/can't do and how to progress moving forward. She is knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to and takes her time every appointment, I never feel rushed out of there. She has helped me to resolve some lingering issues and also teaches you how to manage it on your own as well.
