This is a scam. Posed as another provider and charged my card.
The absolute worst dental insurance in the world. Borderline scammers. They cover absolutely minimal anything, fight you on any coverage, and are expensive.
The website unbelievably bad. My account was merged with someone else allowing me to view their information. Once that was straightened out, the website is so so bad it makes me paranoid that this company isn’t even legitimate. I have yet to use my dental insurance and I would be surprised if can actually use it.
Mind the reviews. It doesn’t take very long to uncover just how shady this business is. My dentist office straight up dropped them halfway through the year because they didn’t want to deal with them. Only one cleaning for me this year oh well. You can’t email anyone for help, it’s phone only, and good luck trying to figure out which one of their varying portals and parent websites you need to log in to access your records.
