Quick and easy office visits and great communication with patients. Mandi and Tim were great trial coordinators and always easy to connect with.
This is currently the third study I have participated in at HRHR, and everything has been great, the staff was very nice, courteous, they made me feel welcome and important. The last study they even bought everyone breakfast because the computers were running slow! I highly recommend to anyone, HRHR, who wants to participate in a study and qualifies for them, you couldn't ask for better people or a better atmosphere to do the study's in.
Was a part of a year plus study with this research team. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean office and my appointments were always on time and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in one of their research studies. They are willing to work around your schedule and are very accommodating.
Just a word about Health and Research of Hampton Roads, the staff is top notch! They are courteous, knowledgeable and treat you like you’re a person, not a number. Dr. Freeman, recruiter Danielle, Tim O’ Malley (whom I dealt with for a year), the medical laboratory staff and Amanda all are an asset to this research company!
