Dr Valdez is a great doctor, and his staff are amazing people that actually care about their patients (especially miss Maggie!) They deal with a lot of patients who are going through tough times in life (specially mental issues related to drugs abuse) and would explain why they get a lot of trash reviews attacking them on a personal level.. it’s a shane when you get hated on for doing your job, i know this feeling too well. The Doctor's and Councilor's are magnificent. Even the front desk ladies are awesome. There's one that the other two reviews complained about that can be moody but I have found that showing kindness towards her usually changes her attitude. You never know what people are going through in life, and being kind to someone that's in a bad mood just might change their day. I try to make them all smile before I leave.

I can definitely second Alma’s review. The receptionist that I unluckily always have to deal with is the most rude and unprofessional receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. Dr’s & councilors are great... I will be finding a new dr as well.
My parents Always told me ' not to say anything if i have nothing nice to say'. That being said, ' Dr. Valdez is very friendly', The Counselors are GREAT, AND I LOVE THE FRONT DESK WOMAN, BRITTANY'.... IF they didnt have 'THE WOMAN I WONT SPEAK', I'd still be a patient there. As of today, I am no longer a patient. I would have found another dr, ALOT SOONER IF IT HADN'T BEEN BECOUSE OF THE PANDEMIC!:/
